Interaktionen pro Komponente

Interactions par composant

The mechanism of interactions depends on the comparaison of pairs of product-components.

To get all the interactions between your products you have to check every pair of products

Saying you've got the 4 products 21830 (Tramal gtt 100mg/ml), 7157 (Marcoumar), 1185690 (Dafalgan Tabl 1 g) 42207 (Klacid) you have to check the pairs:

21830 - 7157
21830 - 1185690
21830 - 42207
7157 - 1185690
7157 - 42207
1185690 - 42207

To do the interaction check of the pair of products, you list every interaction of each product; an interaction takes place, if both products have the same IXNO, but different content in GRP. (GRP shows in which group of substance the product belongs; GRP may have the values 1 or 2; indicating if the product belongs to groiup 1 or 2 of interaction).

Let's look an example (Marcoumar and Klacid have lots of interaction, we will show here only a few examples!)

Looking at the pair Tramal - Marcoumar we get the following interactions of the products (again for Marcoumar there is only a sample shown!)

Tramal       Marcoumar
IXNO GRP RLV   IXNO GRP RLV
139 1 2   98 1 3
405 1 3   155 2 5
433 1 2   177 1 5
549 2 3   188 1 4
569 1 3   388 1 5
792 2 3   549 1 3
831 2 5   1157 1 5
855 1 3   1166 1 5
1224 2 1   1175 1 3
1271 2 3   1194 2 2
1279 1 3   1228 1 5
1331 1 3   1316 1 5
        1331 1 3

You see, the IXNO 549 is in both product's CPTIX-list and also the GRP-element is different. BE AWARE: the gray IXNO 1331 IS NOT an interaction; because the GRP-element is identic!!!

Doing this check for evey pair of products you will get the following result:

Tramal interacts with Marcourmar Relevance 3

Dafalgan interacts with Marcoumar Relevance 4

Klacid interacts with Marcoumar Relevance 5

Sorting the interactions by element RLV gives the user the opportunity to see the severest interactions on top.

The corresponding description of the interaction is in schema INTERACTION (see IXNO-element's detail description)

The corresponding description of the RLV-Value is in SCHEMA CODE (see RLV-element's detail description)
